Axle track can be customized. ABS is optional, slack adjuster can be manual and automatic, axle with ECO plus orwithout.
HJ Quality controll process:
1. For each batch material, we will do Metallography Analysis, Carbon & sulfur Analysis and use expander machine to test the metal mechanic
property.
2. For finished axles, we do Fatigue Test to check the plastice deformation of axle; while for fastener welding parts, we do decarburation layer test, Vickers hardness test and weld penetration.
3. HJ only get one quality standard, and we never produce products according to the price.
